Huntington Lake Overnight Camp

Activities

Kennolyn Camps, Huntington Lake offers so much fun for campers. The lake is obviously the centerpiece of our program but there’s more. For the artistic and athletic campers, for the explorers, and the thinkers we have activities on the water, by the water, and away from the water.

To encourage campers to try new things and allow the cabin group to bond, activities are scheduled as a group the first two days of camp. For the rest of the session, campers choose their own activities each day. Some activities are one period long, some two, some are multiple days to allow camper to learn fundamental skills.

We also offer “Specialty Activities” lead by professional instructors. We take advantage of their local knowledge, equipment, and experience to offer horseback trail rides and overnight pack trips through the surround forest and alpine lakes.
